Brand New and Ready to Welcome You

It’s fair to say that COVID-19 did not stop play when it came to the development of new holiday accommodation in our valley over the last 12 months. Beautiful new standalone chalets were constructed, luxurious new apartments developed and the heritage and history of some of our oldest buildings have been restored. Here are six of our favourites new places to stay in Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz and the surrounding villages. They’re all ready and waiting to welcome you as soon as the world rights itself.

La Marmottiere, Morzine

Located just 10 minutes from the lifts and slopes of Pleney, this stunning new chalet launches this winter. With a hot tub overlooking the village and four en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, La Martmottiere includes beautiful contemporary interiors. There’s an all-singing, all-dancing kitchen, Molton Brown toiletries, underground parking for two vehicles plus that all-important boot warmer and kit room in addition to a large decked balcony area and a BBQ for those springtime après ski BBQs.

Les Mazots des Fées

You’ll spot these little wooden mazots in gardens across the Alps and here’s your chance to stay in one. Malorie and Fabien have a passion for restoring these Savoyarde gems in the garden of their home on the outskirts of Morzine. This stunning example retains its heritage and character while offering contemporary interiors and facilities for a really unique holiday. It’s deceptively roomy and makes the perfect family accommodation. Work is already underway to carefully restore three further mazots in their garden for the Winter 22 season in addition to a shared dining room in which Malorie will host themed evenings.
