Woodride

In response to long-standing calls for trail development on Pleney, the shapers of Morzine Bike Park have been busy creating a new black trail for this summer season. Opening in July, Woodride is accessible from the top of the bike park and joins the existing Mainline trail half way down. This enhancement is part of Morzine Bike Park’s expansion programme, its purpose is to improve flow and technical variety on Pleney and you’ll discover rolling terrain, forest sections (as the name suggests) and a mix of berms, small kickers and natural undulations. Riders who’ve trialed the trail found it to be more challenging and technical than the iconic Pleney Mainline.

Extensions to Twisty

Elsewhere in Morzine Bike Park, shapers have also added two new mini black trails as  off-shoots or extensions to the existing blue Twisty trail. Named Legal 1.0 and Legal 2.0, these trails are short (around 400m in length), they’re steep and punchy and they’re designed for quick, controlled descents that reconnect with Twisty and descend into the village.

Reshapes on Chevreuil

You’ll also discover that the Chevreuil blue trail which connects to the Charniaz sector has been reshaped to become a more authentic, bike park run.

Retour Morzine

This trail was a new addition to the bike park in recent years and for 2026 it has a new, more playful design and a new name. It’s now called Repeat, because you’ll want to ride it over and over again.

A New Beginners Trail in Les Gets

Brand new for this summer season, Les Gets demonstrates its love for all things on two wheels with a brand new beginners trail. Accessed from the top of the Chavannes chairlift, you’ll find playful wooden features specifically designed for beginner mountain bikers of all ages. Get to grips with the gentle gradients, wide turns and confidence-building modules. The objective here – as with most developments in Les Gets during the summer season – is to help you discover and fall in love with mountain biking in a safe, stunning environment.
