Other than the first snowfall, the arrival of new seasonaires, the ski lifts whirring to life and the absence of a parking space at the supermarket, nothing signals the start of the new winter season quite like the annual Farmhouse Christmas Fair in Morzine. Twenty local companies pack into the cosy rooms of Morzine’s oldest building, creating an extra special atmosphere and the perfect opportunity to do some Christmas shopping. There’s vin chaud a plenty, mince pies and decorations to get you in the spirit.
This year’s Christmas Fair will take place on Saturday 10th December between 11am and 9pm. If you’re a local business and you’d like to come along and sell your wares, contact Di Ricardo at The Farmhouse to book your table – di-ricardo@hotmail.co.uk. It costs just €10 per table to join in the fun, which is donated to a local charity. You’ll need to make sure your table screams festive cheer and there’s an emphasis on fun activities for kids this year.
Speaking of which, Di is also looking for charity suggestions. If you’ve any ideas on a local causes that the Christmas Fair could support, please let Di know.
The Farmhouse Christmas Fair is also your first opportunity to collect a batch of Source Magazine Winter 16/17 for your business so pop along and say hello!
