Summer Fitness with Buzz Performance

It’s no surprise to learn that Morzine based fitness coaches Buzz Performance have expanded their summer programme to include several Spin classes each week, in addition to fresh new fitness sessions too. There’s also a handy new online booking system launching this week, so you can pick and choose the sessions to suit your schedule. It’s very easy to set up and book your classes here!

SPINNING: Designed to boost your mood and build a stronger leaner body. A high-energy indoor cycling class with unique playlists of energizing music. A brilliant fat burning cardio workout that will tone and shape your legs and develop a strong core.

TOTAL BODY FITNESS: Do it all: Strength, stamina, sculpt & sweat, a total body workout. Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable. This circuit class incorporates elements of a cardio, strength, balance, core and flexibility workout. If you only have time for 1 workout per week, this is it!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: A low intensity workout designed to improve functional strength & stability. A stronger functional core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sport – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

TOTAL BODY BALANCE: A gentle workout to boost fitness, stamina, muscle tone and flexibility. Feel fitter and more alive. Grow longer & stronger. Feel more energized and pain free in everyday activities.
