You’re free to travel to Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz for your holidays this summer. There are no entry restrictions or mandatory quarantine requirements in either direction and our mountains are fresh, clean, ready and waiting for you. Summer is now in full swing and we’ve been keeping the information below updated as the COVID-19 situation has developed.

The summer lift network across the Portes du Soleil is now entirely open.
Les Gets
LAST UPDATED 10 July: The Les Gets summer lift network is now open every day until 6th September, with weekend-only opening of the Chavannes and Nauchets lifts between 6th and 20th September.

Morzine
LAST UPDATED 27 July: The Pleney Lift Company had intended to keep the lift network open until 20th September, this was changed today following the cancellation of the UCI MTB World Cup in Les Gets. As of today, they intend to end continuous opening on 6th September, and then open for the weekend only on 12th September. There’s also the possibility that the lifts will open the following weekend too, check back for updates!

Morzine Swimming Pool
LAST UPDATED 28th July: Morzine’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools will open for the season on 4th July until 20th September. Strict sanitation measures will be in place to ensure everyone can enjoy these facilities safely. These will include:
- You should arrive at the swimming pool wearing your swimming costume
- Throughout the swimming complex you’ll find social distancing and flow of movement measures in place
- As you’ll see from the timings below, each day at the swimming pool has been broken down into ‘slots’. You’re required to book a time slot in advance to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. You can do this on the following website – www.parcdereches.axess.shop
- It will also be possible to reserve your swimming slot at the desk at the swimming pool each day, but available slots are on a first come, first served basis and spaces are limited
- Strong disinfecting protocols will be in place throughout the facility
- Showing before you enter the swimming pools will be obligatory

Les Gets Swimming Lake
On 13th May the Les Gets Office de Tourisme confirmed their intention to open their lovely swimming lake from 4th July, which will include the Wibit inflatable water park.

Aquariaz in Avoriaz
The tropical paradise is now open every day except Sundays for the summer season, until 28 August. The pool is open between 1.30pm and 4pm and 5pm – 7.30pm and you must book an entry slot which lasts 1.5 hours. Capacity is limited to 250 people at any time.
