Our greying-haired group has a huge amount of ski chalet experience between them and therefore feel qualified to call this exceptionally good service
The owners care deeply about their business. It’s impossible to fabricate real passion and you can see this in the way they care for their guests and staff
There are too many examples of excellent customer service for me to list, but I’ll try. Seamless booking processes, always smiling, prompt lifts to and from the slopes, excellent food explanations, a lift to the pub to watch the football. Excellent in every way.

The Source Special Recognition Award
At the very last minute we put together this award to recognise the incredible efforts of three locals, who used their very specialist mountain skills to save two lost dogs on Sunday 7th April.
Mika and Mungo had been lost for over two weeks when their faint barks and howls were heard on a ridge line high above Graydon. The whole community waited anxiously as news came in that George and Mark Walton of Peak Snowsports and Cameron Skinner of PDS Academy were making their way up the Roc d’Enfer towards the dogs in terrible conditions. They all descended safely, in the darkness, and the dogs were reunited with their owners, the Beaumont family.
Mum Abigail presented the 2019 Source Special Recognition Award to George, Mark and Cameron, and also Leanne, who’d heard the dogs barking and raised the alarm!

That’s it for another year of nominating, voting, judging and presenting. As always, we need to thank Sign Forte for producing our beautiful awards! And our judges for meticulously looking at the nomination comments of all our finalists to choose their winners.
Also a huge final thank you to Reuben Shaul of Eight Bells Wedding Imagery for all the photos!
