If you’re in the UK wondering how you can bag that ski season job next winter, then here’s an idea. Tour operator Ski Weekends offer a chalet host cookery course, where you can learn the skills you’ll need to get a job as a chalet host in the Alps this winter. The courses takes place in Morzine in September and are priced at £545 per person for a weeks worth of training. The guys at Ski Weekends will teach you to cook chalet food that is quick, easy, nutritious and tasty as well as the skills to efficiently run a chalet to maximise your time on the slopes.
