If you’re following us on Facebook or Twitter then you’ve surely been following the progress of team Morzine Source in this weekend’s Snow Camp Alpine Challenge. You haven’t…? Then here’s a recap – we won!
Snow Camp is a UK youth charity working to bring underprivileged kids from urban backgrounds to the snow. Their courses and programmes give kids and young adults amazing opportunities to find life changing experiences in the winter sports industry that we all know and love. The annual Alpine Challenge is a 150km ski or snowboard around the Portes du Soleil over two days. It also includes a night hike, a sledge relay and this weekend, the competition was on.
Team Morzine Source beat 17 other teams from the likes of EA Sports, Ebay and Ski Weekends, covering 313km over two days. It’s an amazing result and a one the lads in the team should be very proud of. But for us, that’s not where the challenge ends. We’re still raising much needed funds for the charity, and you can sponsor us online here.
And once you’ve sponsored us, check out Rob’s challenge video…
