Hunter Chalets & Apartments have 2 x full time, year round concierge roles available;
35 hours per week, 5 days a week (must be able to work from our office in Morzine every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and either Saturday or Sunday)(other days can be remote)
Start date June 2023 latest
Competitive package and salary
Must speak basic French and fluent English
Must be very organised and computer literate
Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Must have an eagerness to provide an enthusiastic customer focused service
Job Description
All aspects of guest concierge (post confirmation of accommodation booking) before and during their stay, examples being ski instruction, airport transfers, lift passes, restaurants etc
Collating and preparing guest booking summaries
Updating CRM system with all reservations and details
