If you’ve read our interview with local Crashed Ice skaters Tristan Duguerdil and Pacho Schmitt, you’ll surely have a taste for what’s to come in Avoriaz this weekend. Crashed Ice is the hottest new sport on snow, and Avoriaz plays host to a round of the Ice Cross Downhill Championship on Friday and Saturday. A specially erected course has been built through the centre of the resort and the sport’s biggest names will be out on force. We’ll be cheering for our home grown talent of course!
