Europe’s largest connected ski area has so far escaped the impact of Coronavirus, remaining entirely open across the French and Swiss borders. However the Portes du Soleil have just announced that the 2020 edition of Rock the Pistes music festival has been cancelled.
In response to the threat of Coronavirus, the Swiss Confederation has banned all gatherings of more than 1000 people, which means the event, scheduled to take place between 15 and 21 March, has been cancelled.
The good news is that Rock the Pistes 2021 dates have already been announced! The music festival will return between 14 and 20 March, promising an outstanding line-up. We’ll keep you updated on developments as they’re announced!
