Full on Flavour – This Menu is all about enormous flavours: bold, strong & hot, your taste buds will undoubtedly be going on an adventure of their own while your legs are having a well-deserved rest.

Comfort Foods – Our comfort food menu is exactly what it says on the tin. Timeless classics loved by all. Warming and plentiful with the SpoonyCooks trademark of foods from around the world!

Qualified, Experienced & Friendly

Sarah has nearly 20 years of catering experience and is a fully trained Chef & studied Food Science at university; but over recent years Sarah & her Partner Rich have been catering for guests in their holiday homes and families at their private residences. Sarah has a true passion for food, enjoys researching new trends and is constantly trying new ideas. in-fact you may have already tried Sarah’s food before, because she spent over 8 years designing & developing innovative chilled recipe dishes, soups and sauces for Waitrose along with other products for other well known retailers. She also creates recipe booklets for larger chalet companies and trains other chalet staff.

We produce menus which are well-balanced, interesting and varied each day with a determined focus on fresh produce and an emphasis on flavour. What’s more you can rest assured you have a qualified and experienced team who are not just knowledgeable about all things food, but have fantastic knowledge of the area too, with great recommendations about some of the best runs, places to eat and fantastic recommendations on where to stay!. We are extremely passionate about food, the mountains and people, we truly care about ensuring you really have a holiday to remember. 

Family Focused

SpoonyCooks is family focused and we understand how important it is for children to eat nutritious foods that they are going to enjoy and  fill them up after a day in ski school. We also appreciate that adults are often in need of some ‘me time’ whilst on holiday.

At Spoonycooks we are happy to create a different 2 course menu for children created around their favourite foods and maybe some new ones too. This can be served earlier in the evening, followed by adult’s dinner with fine wine once the little ones are nicely tucked up in bed, dreaming about snowmen and tomorrows skiing explorations. Children’s menus would be created at a reduced cost.


For the winter 2017/18 season SpoonyCooks will be located in Morzine, within the Port du Soleil region. It all makes perfect sense; book a self-catered chalet anywhere in Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz or St Jean D’Aulps and then book SpoonyCooks as your private chef / host. You then have confidence in your chalet team before you arrive.
