1:1 coaching runs online or face to face over a series of 6 -12 sessions where we will identify the areas of your life you want to change, and work out who you are and what you want. We will use a variety of tools and exercises to build a clearer vision for your future whilst removing any fear, doubt or negative self talk that is might be holding you back. We will then look at developing positive practices for your day to day to allow you to move forwards with confidence, clarity and a greater sense of happiness.
