Avoriaz Mountain Clean 2015
It’s a great opportunity to get out into the mountain, enjoy the peace and quiet and give some of your favourite pistes a tidy up. Last year stacks of locals took part in the Avoriaz Spring Clean and we’re hoping you’ll take part again this year.
You won’t believe some of the rubbish that remains on the pistes around The Stash and Prolays at the end of each winter. Plastic and glass bottles, ski poles, condoms (unused, obviously) and loads of other weird stuff are cluttering up our mountains, posing an environmental problem for the local eco system. One day rummaging through the trees and collecting rubbish will make a massive difference.
The Avoriaz Mountain Clean 2015 takes place on 11th June in collaboration with Avoriaz resort and Avoriaz Snowzone. There’ll be free refreshments to reward your litter picking efforts and a competition with amazing prizes too. Kick-off commences in the Les Lindarets bowl, we’ll keep you posted on the time.
